EMPLOYEE CONDUCT, PAYMENT & PREMISES POLICY
(STRICTLY ENFORCED – APPLICABLE TO ALL EMPLOYEES & VISITORS)
Note: These policies form part of company practice and have been available on the company website since inception (2010).
1. AUTHORIZED EMPLOYMENT
- Only duly appointed employees are permitted to work.
- Entry allowed only during working hours with authorization.
- Ex-employees or outsiders entering without permission will be treated as trespassers.
2. SALARY & PAYMENT RULES
- Salary is paid strictly through authorized company process.
- Payment made to any nominated person (on employee approval and consent) shall be treated as full and final settlement of dues.
- Company shall not be liable for any dispute thereafter.
3. FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT
- Employees must complete proper clearance process before leaving.
- All dues are subject strictly to company records.
- No claim shall be entertained after settlement is completed.
4. IMMEDIATE TERMINATION / DISCONTINUATION
The Company reserves the right to terminate or discontinue services without prior notice in the following cases:
- Misconduct, abuse, threats, or indiscipline
- Bringing outsiders or creating disturbance
- Non-performance or unsatisfactory performance
- Violation of FSSAI norms, hygiene, safety, or manufacturing standards
- Acts causing risk, injury, or damage
- False information or misrepresentation
- Unauthorized absence or abandonment of duty
- Any act detrimental to company interest or reputation
5. SPECIAL OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
- In case an employee is unable to perform duties due to medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or any unforeseen circumstance, continuation shall depend on role requirements and operational feasibility, subject to applicable laws.
- Company is not obligated to provide alternate roles where work requires specific physical or compliance standards.
6. PAYMENT ON TERMINATION
- Salary shall be paid strictly on pro-rata basis for actual days worked.
- No additional benefits, notice pay, or compensation shall be payable.
- Any payment made shall be treated as final settlement with no further claims.
7. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Strict action including police complaint/FIR will be initiated for:
- Abuse, threats, or intimidation
- Forcible entry or disturbance
- Bringing unauthorized persons
- Attempt to extort money or create pressure
8. PREMISES SECURITY
- Factory premises are private company property.
- Entry of outsiders requires prior approval.
- Unauthorized entry shall attract legal action.
9. SAFETY OF STAFF & SENIOR CITIZENS
- Any act endangering safety of employees or senior citizens will result in immediate legal action.
10. POLICE & LEGAL MATTERS
- All disputes must be addressed through proper company/legal channels only.
- Misuse of police or false allegations will be treated as serious misconduct.
11. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
- All matters must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp/Email/Letter).
- Verbal claims shall not be considered valid.
12. COMPANY LIABILITY LIMITATION
- Company shall not be liable for:
- Personal arrangements between individuals
- Claims after settlement
- Unauthorized commitments by employees
13. CCTV & SURVEILLANCE
- Premises are under CCTV monitoring.
- Recordings may be used as legal evidence.
14. BINDING CONDITION
- Entry into premises implies acceptance of these policies.
- Violation shall result in strict disciplinary and legal action.
