We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Logistics and Supply Chain Assistant to support our international operations. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and optimizing logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Monitor and track shipments, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for smooth operations. Support inventory management by ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to maintain efficient supply chain workflows. Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any logistical issues and ensure accurate product deliveries. Provide administrative support to the global logistics team, including data entry and report generation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. Knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus. Benefits:
